"I have been an auto and homeowner policy holder for over 6 years. I have no accidents, tickets, or incidents and my rates were constantly being raised. I would call and wait weeks for a phone call to be returned from Rich. The kicker was when they told me they can't insure a travel trailer but yet multiple people who have their camper at the same campground have theirs insured through their state farm agent who actually cares for them as a client"
